Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf:

• Cloudflare (hosting of this website)
• Postmark (delivery of the message you send through the contact form)
• Microsoft (Microsoft 365, the mailbox that receives your message)
• Google (audience measurement, only with your consent; YouTube video player, only when you start a video)

International transfers

Some of these providers (Cloudflare, Postmark, Microsoft and Google) are based in the United States or may process data there. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) as the legal safeguard for that transfer. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting contact@rangeradvisory.com.

Your rights

You have the right to: access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time (including unsubscribing from marketing). To exercise your rights: contact@rangeradvisory.com. We respond within 30 days.

Google Analytics. We measure the audience of this website with Google Analytics, a service provided by Google. It records the pages you view, how long you stay, the page you came from, your type of device and browser, and your approximate location (derived from your IP address). It runs only if you accept "Analytics" cookies in our cookie banner; until then, Google Analytics is not loaded and receives no data. You can withdraw your consent at any time: change your cookie choices, or use the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.

Videos. The videos on this website are hosted by YouTube. The player is loaded only when you click to start a video, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. From that moment, YouTube (Google) may process your data under its own policy.

Spam protection. The contact form is protected against spam bots by Cloudflare Turnstile: when you open the contact page, your browser sends Cloudflare technical information (such as your IP address and details of your browser) so that it can check that a person, not a bot, is sending the message.

Ranger Advisory SAS is not registered with, authorized by, or regulated by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), or any other financial regulatory authority in any jurisdiction, and is not a licensed investment adviser. We do not manage client assets, execute transactions on behalf of clients, or hold client funds.
